Plants are shipped once a week on Mondays - or Tuesdays after a long weekend.
All orders placed by Thursday will be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday). Orders placed after Thursday will be shipped the week after.
The average delivery time is between 2-4 business days.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can can use this number to track your order.
We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship plants to PO Boxes and rural addresses.
Due to our limited stock, we are restricting purchases to one type of plant per customer.
While we do not offer refunds for shipping related damages, if you inform us and share a photo of your damaged plant within 24 hours of your delivery, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund in certain conditions.
To ensure quality assurance, we perform a thorough verification of all our plants and take photos of them for our records before shipping to customers.

Sales tax will apply to all orders. Please note that tax rates vary by province.

If a mistake is made with your order, we will send you the plant you ordered if you advise us within 24 hours of your delivery. You do not need to return the wrong order to us.
The average delivery time is between 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for any shipment related delays. You can track your order by contacting the postal service directly. However, if there is an issue with the fulfilment of your order, we will waive your shipping charges for missed/ delayed fulfilment.

Small: 2 to 5 leaves or juvenile form
Regular: 3 to 5 leaves or established plant with possible new emerging leaves
Large: Numerous leaves or well established plant
