Shipping policy

Shipping is based on our flat rates anywhere in Canada. We use Canada Post Xpresspost service. Our rates are as follows:

Anywhere in Ontario: $15

Outside Ontario within Canada (including territories): $25

• Plants are shipped once a week on Mondays - or Tuesdays after a long weekend.
• All orders placed by Thursday will be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday). Orders placed after Thursday will be shipped the week after.
• The average delivery time is within 7 business days.
• At this time, we are unable to ship plants to PO Boxes and rural addresses. 
• We do not take responsibility for shipment related inconveniences such as delays or missing items.
